Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small-medium cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion
    1 to 2 cans tomato soup, diluted with water
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown hamburg, pork and diced onion in pan; before draining add uncooked rice then drain.
    Shred cabbage and layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Once cabbage is in pan, layer meat and rice mixture on top of cabbage.
    Pour diluted tomato soup over meat and cabbage mixture.
    Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (check after 1 hour to see if cabbage is tender).
