Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 tsp. (cube) chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Simmer ingredients for 30 minutes or until rice is done. Serve over bed of lettuce, onions and tomatoes.
Top everything with Zesty Italian salad dressing.
