Banana Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. green bananas
1 coconut (grind)
4 to 6 c. water
1/2 Tbsp. salt (optional)
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder or 2 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 green or red fresh bell pepper
1 to 2 lb. fish (your choice, optional)
Preparation

Combine coconut milk (grind coconut and water together and strain), salt, garlic and pepper in a large pot.
Bring to a boil to get soup-like mixture.
Peel green bananas and dip into boiling soup (above).
Cut up the fish of your choice (i.e. snapper) and also dip into mixture.
Let bananas (and fish) get tender (test with fork).
Serve hot.
