Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled chicken (2 c. diced)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. broth
    1 c. heavy cream
    8 oz. fine spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cut up.
    Save juice.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and 2 cups of broth gradually.
    When blended, add chicken and cook until sauce thickens.
    Add the heavy cream; blend in.
    Keep warm over low heat.
