Sugar-Free Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. evaporated skim milk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 c. strawberries, sliced
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Chill milk.
    Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar replacement, salt and lemon juice to the eggs and beat well. Gradually pour in the cold milk.
    Pour mixture into 1 gallon freezer can. Freeze as directed. Add strawberries and food coloring when ice cream begins to thicken.
    Makes 8 servings. Exchange 1 serving:
    1 nonfat milk, 1/3 fat.
