Raisin Rice With Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. raisins or currants
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add water and bouillon cube.
    Bring to boil and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Return to boil, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
