Pumpkin Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Land O Lakes sweet cream butter, softened
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large mixer, combine sugar, butter and eggs.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add pumpkin and bananas.
Continue beating until well mixed.
Mixture will have curdled appearance. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts and spread into 2 greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Bake for 50 to 60 mintues, until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool upright.
