Vinegar Pie Pastry By Aunt Nuvelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and
    salt with pastry blender (or two knives used scissor fashion).
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
