Microwave Pumpkin Bread(Yield: 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. raisins, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into glass loaf pan that has been lightly greased and bottom lined with paper towel or wax paper.
    Elevate in microwave on saucer or small dish.
    Microwave on High 8 to 9 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes.
