Ham And Cheese Biscuits(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. chopped low-sodium 96% fat-free ham (about 1/2 lb.)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 c. 1% low-fat milk
Preparation
    Coat a medium-size nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Add ham; saute 3 minutes.
    Combine ham, flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl.
    Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
