Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal
    1 lb. pork
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. beef
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small onion, cut fine
    3/4 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
