Spiedies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. meat, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    4 whole garlic, sliced
    1 onion, cut in chunks
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well and refrigerate.
    Mix spiedies well every day for 5 to 14 days before using.
    Spiedies will not spoil if kept cold.
