Ingredients

4 English muffins
butter
1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced dry onion
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
1/3 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Saute meat in 1 tablespoon butter.
Add salt and onion; cook until done.
Split muffins.
Spread lightly with butter.
Toast under broiler until lightly browned.
