Broken Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. broken shrimp
    1 c. peanut oil
    4 onions, chopped
    3 c. green onions, chopped
    5 toes garlic, minced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. each: salt, black pepper and red pepper
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage
    3 c. rice
    5 c. water or shrimp stock
Preparation
    Heat oil; add onions, garlic, bell pepper, green onions, sliced smoked sausage, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Saute well.
    Add shrimp, rice and shrimp stock; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer on low for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir with a fork.
    Replace cover. Serve with green salad and French bread.
