Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 medium onion, minced
6 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, water and egg. Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon in hot fat. Cook until golden brown.
