Cucumbers And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion, sliced
2 or 3 cucumbers, sliced
salt and pepper
1 medium size carton sour cream
1 thin sliced green pepper (optional)

Preparation

Just before serving, stir in sour cream to first 3 ingredients.
Coat cucumbers and onion well.
Can add green pepper.
Can use part Ranch dressing for the sour cream.
Serve.
