Oven Baked Shrimp(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. low-fat Italian dressing
    2 to 3 lb. shrimp (in shell or peeled)
    1 stick low-fat margarine
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    2 lemons, squeezed, then sliced
    1 to 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a broiling pan, add all ingredients, except shrimp.
    Cook in oven until celery is no longer crunchy, about 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Stir and cook until the shrimp turn red, about 15 minutes.
    Do not overcook the shrimp.
