Orange Blossom Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. orange juice (fresh or frozen), diluted
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    6 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 1/4 c. apricot nectar
    few drops almond flavoring
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Heat 2 cups orange juice, sugar and gelatin in saucepan until gelatin is dissolved.
    Mix with remaining 7 cups orange juice, flavoring and nectar.
    Whip egg whites until very frothy.
    Stir into orange juice mixture.
    Pour into 3-quart mold and chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with fresh fruit.
