Patty'S Pepper Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium tomatoes or 3 (29 oz.) cans
    80 hot banana peppers, cut in 1/4-inch rings
    5 large coarsely chopped onions
    6 coarsely chopped green peppers
    1 (16 oz.) bottle ketchup
    2 c. tomato paste
    1 (24 oz.) light Wesson oil
    3 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in pot except peppers.
    Let simmer 10 to 20 minutes to semi-liquid.
    Add peppers; bring to a boil while stirring.
    Boil another 5 minutes.
    Let simmer 20 minutes.
    Put into jars and let seal.
    Do not use seeds in top of peppers.
    If too thick, add more ketchup or tomato paste.
