Fried Crappie Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow corn meal (self-rising)
    salt and pepper to taste
    crappie fillets
Preparation
    Drain fish fillets on thick paper towels to drain.
    Dip fish in\tmeal
    mixture.\tDeep
    fry
    in
    peanut oil until fish floats and
    is
    golden
    brown.
    Put paper towels in bottom of paper grocery
    bag
    and put fried fish on paper towels.
    Fold top
    of bag down.
    Fish will drain and will not get soggy, but will stay warm.
