Luscious Choco-Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Grease
    and
    flour
    Bundt pan. Combine flour,
    sugar,
    soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla;
    mix
    well.
    Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate chips and pecans.
    Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool cake in pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely. Sift
    powdered
    sugar
    on
    top and garnish top of cake and plate with mint leaves.
