2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. grease a 15 X 10 baking pan. In a small bowl, combine flour soda, and salt, set aside. In a large bowl combine butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chips and nuts. spread into baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 35.
