Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add scalded milk and beaten egg yolks.
Cook over boiling water until thickened.
Cool; add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Use egg whites for meringue.
