Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pan corn bread, cooled and crumbled
    6 c. soft bread cubes
    3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. celery slices
    2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine; add to combined remaining ingredients.
    Toss lightly, mixing well.
    Place in a 3-quart casserole; cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Or, lightly stuff dressing into body cavity and neck region of a 16 to 18 pound turkey and roast according to standard roasting directions.
