Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine persimmon pulp, sugar and eggs.
    Sift flour with baking powder.
    Add to persimmon mixture alternately with a combination of milk and baking soda.
    Use a pastry brush to coat baking pan well with melted butter.
    Stir remaining butter into 13 x 9 x 3-inch baking pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
