Cherry Blossoms(Mini Cheesecakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of paper lined muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    They will look pale and sunken after cooling.
    When cool, remove paper liners.
    Top with a spoonful of pie filling.
