Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and chopped turkey pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 potatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery.
    Add turkey, broth, soup, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot homemade biscuits.
