Hawaiian Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 lb. pork loin roast
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 1/4 oz. sliced pineapple in heavy syrup (reserving syrup)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Shake flour in Reynolds Brown-in-Bag regular size 10 x 16-inch bag (or large).
    Place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Season roast with ginger, salt and garlic powder.
    Quarter pineapple slices.
    Secure to roast with toothpicks.
    Combine reserved syrup and soy sauce in bag and turn bag to mix.
    Place roast in bag.
    Close with twist tie.
    Make 6 slits in top.
    Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
