Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    4 eggs
    4 green onions
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    oil
Preparation
    Make rice according to package directions; cool.
    Beat eggs together and scramble in a pan with a little oil, set aside in a dish.
    Heat approximately 3 tablespoons oil until hot in a large frying pan; add cooled rice* and stir until well coated with oil. Heat through.
    Add onions and scrambled eggs to rice; mix well. Add soy sauce and sugar to rice mixture and mix well.
    Heat through.
