German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vinegar
1 diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Peel and boil 4 to 5 potatoes.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Place onions in bacon grease and cook until transparent.
Mix other ingredients and add to onions in pan.
Simmer until thick.
Add potatoes and simmer until thoroughly mixed.
Crumble bacon on top and serve.
