Cucumber Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 small loaf thin white bread
3 cucumbers, sliced

Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese with a very little milk to make spreadable.
Add salad dressing mix.
Spread on the bread. Cut into 4 squares.
Lay a slice of cucumber on each square. Place plastic wrap between each layer of bread on serving plate. Refrigerate.
Serve cold.
