Granny'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 lb. butter/shortening (preferably butter or half and half)
    6 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter/shortening together.
    Add eggs, beating in one at the time.
    Pour in greased Bundt cake pan.
    Bake one hour at 325\u00b0 or until done.
