Pinwheel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. undiluted Carnation milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 sq. chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and 1 cup Carnation milk.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add eggs, vanilla and remaining 1/4 cup milk; beat until blended.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Pour into layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and split to form 4 layers.
    Frost with Pinwheel Frosting.
