Quick Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising can be used, omit the soda)
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk (sweet milk can be used)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together in large bowl.
    Place margarine, shortening, cocoa and water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a rapid boil; stirring constantly.
    Pour into flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add the remaining ingredients, saving the soda until last; mix well.
    The sooner you get the cake into the oven after adding the soda, the better the cake.
    Pour into greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
