Stuffed Flounder Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned mushrooms, minced
    4 Tbsp. Stove Top dressing (canister)
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    2 (5 oz.) uncooked flounder fillets
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Place mixture in center of fillets; roll up, jelly roll fashion.
    Place in baking dish, seam side down.
    Place remaining ingredients on top of fillet.
    Cover; bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until done.
    Serves 2.
