Yorkshire Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Spray with cooking spray 8 sections of cupcake of muffin pan. Beat eggs with 1/4 cup milk only until blended.
    In separate bowl beat 1 cup flour with 3/4 cup milk only.
    Beat together to blend. Pour into pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Serve with roast beef and gravy.
