Golden Country Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    Mazola corn oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix corn and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring lightly.
    Heat small amount of oil in skillet.
    Drop batter by tablespoons into skillet.
    Fry about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Makes 16 fritters.
