Jellied Cherry Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) pitted Bing cherries
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. black cherry flavored gelatin
1 (2 oz.) can (1 c.) seedless grapes, drained or 1/2 c. fresh
1/2 c. chopped California walnuts
1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Drain cherries, reserving syrup.
Combine cherry syrup and lemon juice.
Add water to make 1 3/4 cups.
Heat.
Pour over gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
Chill until partially set.
Add cherries, grapes, nuts and olives.
Shape cream cheese in ball of marble size.
Add to gelatin mixture.
Spoon into individual molds.
Chill until set.
Unmold on salad greens and serve with mayonnaise.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
