German Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    4 apples, sliced
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. brown sugar or to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops in frying pan; spoon sauerkraut over chops.
    Top with brown sugar.
    Place apples on top.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
