Cheese Stuffed Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. diced onion
8 oz. lean ground beef or turkey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dried sage
4 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, cut into 8 cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Oil a shallow baking pan with a little olive oil or pan spray.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over moderate heat.
Add onion; saute until golden (about 10 minutes). Combine the onion, ground beef, soy sauce and sage.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions.
Take a cube of cheese; cover with one portion of the mixture to form meatball.
Repeat with rest of cheese.
Place in baking pan; bake for 30 minutes.
