Easy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup uncooked minute rice
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 chopped green onions
    1 can rotel tomatoes
Preparation
    Fry 3 tbsp. of uncooked rice until brown. Add peppers and onions and saute. Add rest of uncooked rice, salt and pepper, and tomatoes. Add a little water if its too dry. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
