Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, flour and soda.
Beat and add bananas and nuts.
Bake in slow oven either in loaf pan or muffin pan.
This makes 12 large muffins.
