Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs; add pumpkin, sugar and oil.
Sift dry ingredients. Blend with egg mixture and add nuts.
