Orange Strawberry Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled
    grated peel of 1 orange
    2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Reserve 4 large strawberries and slice remainder into a bowl. Add orange peel and Grand Marnier.
    Gently mix; let stand 15 minutes.
    In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Sift powdered sugar over whipping cream and fold in. Place 1 tablespoon of strawberries into each of 4 dessert dishes. Gently fold strawberries into whipped cream mixture.
    Spoon mixture over strawberries in dessert dishes and chill until ready to serve.
    Decorate with reserved strawberries, cut in fan shape. Serve with cookies.
    Serves 4.
