Vegetable Lasagna(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 large eggplant
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped finely
    1 (15 3/4 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed on pkg.
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place zucchini in microwave-safe dish.
    Cover, but leave one corner to vent.
    Cook 5 minutes on High or until tender-crisp. Stir in mushrooms. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Drain off liquid; set aside.
