Tater-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fried potato nuggets (Tater Tots)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef until the meat is brown and the vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
