Dick Van Holland'S Favorite Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice*
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. green seedless grapes, halved
    3 Tbsp. chutney
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 1/4 c. lo-cal mayonnaise, thinned with skim milk 2 to 3 Tbsp.
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very lightly, reserving grapes for topping.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Serves 10 to 12.
