Beefy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 qt. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until done, stirring to crumble.
    Drain. Stir flour into butter in a Dutch oven; cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly until a smooth paste is formed. Gradually stir in water; cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Stir in cooked ground beef and remaining ingredients.
    Bring soup to a boil; cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
