Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. peanut butter (plus 2 Tbsp.)
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    pie shell, baked
    3 egg yolks (save whites for topping)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. canned milk
    pinch salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar into a crumb mixture. Put 2/3 of crumbs in baked pie shell.
    Cook in double boiler, scald milk.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Put into milk, stir in 3 egg yolks beaten, cook until thick.
    Stir in 2 Tbsp. peanut butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla, let cool. Pour in pie shell over powdered sugar and peanut butter crumbs.
