Easy Rotini And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    8 oz. rotini, uncooked
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Add mushrooms with liquid, water and bouillon; bring to boil.
    Stir in uncooked rotini.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rotini is tender.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
